The Saint Louis Art Museum is situated in Forest Park, one of the largest urban parks in the United States, west of downtown St. Louis, Missouri.

Parking
Free public parking is available in the northwest and northeast parking lots flanking the
statue of St. Louis in front of the main entrance to the Museum. Street parking along
Fine Arts Drive is also available.
Forest Park Shuttle
The Forest Park Shuttle is in operation between Saturday, May 29 and Monday, September 6, 2010. Beginning at 9:30 a.m. each weekday and weekend morning, the shuttle leaves Forest Park Station, located at DeBaliviere Ave. and Forest Park Parkway, every fifteen minutes on a route around Forest Park, with stops at the Missouri History Museum, Forest Park Visitor's Center, Saint Louis Art Museum, Saint Louis Zoo, Boat House, Jewel Box and Saint Louis Science Center, before returning to Forest Park Station. The last shuttle leaves Forest Park Station at 7 p.m. For more information, including fees, visit
